Job Description
The job involves working as a member in a team consisting of experts/tutors who are engaged in solving Mathematics problems in a step-by-step format. The solutions should be broken down into logical steps, be written in simple grammatically correct English, and have proper equations and illustrations where needed. The aim is to help students learn Mathematics through small, easy steps and help them earn good grades in school/college. The primary role is of a tutor. The responsibilities include solving problems by following the guidelines, being available with the team, respecting and following the project processes, and complying with all other rules and regulations.

Qualifications
A passion for tutoring is the primary qualification, although genuine Mathematics aptitude is equally important. If you have genuine aptitude, you will easily find ways to explain every problem – easy or difficult – effectively, and that is a big qualifier. The next essential qualification is the ability to write simple grammatically perfect English sentences to describe the Math solution steps.
