Job Description
Our Market Research Assistants work as a team and routinely search the Internet and study the scientific market and collect information about the needs, trends, and people involved, their areas of interest, and so on, as part of market research. All available Internet tools and services are to be made use of that will help faster research and collection of useful information. Both quantitative and qualitative market information have to be gathered and summary reports have to be prepared that can aid business decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities
The individual assistant’s role can be that of a market research team member as well as that of a researcher working independently on a task. The responsibilities include qualitative and/or quantitative research, comparison studies, preparation of summary reports, market prediction, and so on.
Qualifications
Passion towards Internet-based activities and good e-mail writing skills are pre-requisites. Good analytical skills are a must for understanding market research objectives and interpreting the results. The ability to make inferences about trends and to summarize data and observations into good quality reports are very important.
